    比起議論文精讀更加中意呢個course,教既野好全面,基本上綜合同寫作卷會遇到既都覆蓋到,亦有範文可以參考。唯獨是story部分教得比較少,如果可以再講多啲就好

    The notes and elaborations are precise and concise enough. It is clearly stated what is the appropriate tone of different types and writings and how to enrich the content. It is especially useful for P3 as there are concrete formats for us to follow. Overall good

    Good and clear explanation and helps my paper 3 score a lot. The skills are not too complicated but they are useful. Well organized but it will be even better if you can teach more point-finding skills for paper 3.

    我自己好欣賞
    1. 每一種文體基本上都有框架以及2篇以上嘅範文去參考
    2. 每一種文體Melody會重點去講解 開頭 結尾 部分 有乜嘢可以背誦 有乜嘢需要自己補充
    3. 範文好 唔係為湊字數 睇得出用心將自己教過嘅skills/常用phrase擺入去範文入面
    課程適合咩人讀?
    我自己今年F6
    我覺得如果你宜家F4 讀左會幫到你之後實戰嘅時候 可以多應用 長遠唔用依份notes 你自己都可以develop一種Paper 3嘅技巧同思維
    如果宜家F5 補救仲未遲!!! 雖然可能同我一樣已經係language同 appropriacy 已經挫敗過好耐 但係宜家再進步 一啲都唔遲
    F6嘅…唔好再睇comments啦 快手報名 快手睇啦 無乜時間剩啦

    The notes is so concise that it includes all types of essays and each of them has at least one sample essay so that we can know how to use those skills practically. Also, exploiting the systematic way is significantly more effective, thus, it indeed helps to save one’s precious time.

    the skills are very useful while the course is precise and concise which cover many text types inc formal and informal. I believe the course should be taken by u all as it is extremely important for both paper2 and paper3. i may try other courses for diff subjects like chin n econ too.

    課程介紹所以DSE會考的文體,在考試時可以更快捷寫開頭與結尾,這一點是加分位!
    但老師很多時間只照讀sample essay,比較沉悶及浪費時間,希望可以改善一下

    筆記的編寫比起大型補習社更精,更點出skills及取高分的techniques。讓中四至中六同學找重點去做好PAPER 2 & PAPER 3 PART B.
    值得花時間上堂。
    不過,PERSONAL LETTER的篇幅不多。

    總括黎講非常實用

    1.具系統性-每種文體都會有Opening/Body Paragraph/Language/Ending呢D元素,極度清晰。我最鍾意既係有分唔同場合,譬如Letter of Complaint寫俾Editor同寫俾Company既措辭用字都有變化,連根據唔同場合應用都可以清楚分辨到,有效防止盲目用。

    2.輔以例子解說-每種Template同靚字靚句都有相應既Sample Essay作為解說,方便明白。而且部分例子仲係用Past Paper既題目,一黎確保到教學內容同現實出卷絕對掛勾,二黎對於之前做過既人黎講都可以進行對比,分辨自己邊到可以改進,係一舉兩得

    3.效率高 – 課程精簡,好易消化同整理學習內容。對比起我之前上大型補習社,堂堂一本新Notes,次次教唔同文體,雖然抄嗰刻印象深刻,但之後如果唔自己整合絕對會忘記。就好似食唔同餸咁,大型補習社係叫你分開十幾次食十幾種餸,完左再一次過問你每樣既味道,好難會有印象。而呢到雖然只係短短幾個鍾,但可以一次過言簡意賅咁解釋曬所有野,效率絕對更高

    4.彈性高 – 網絡載體優勢,可以係幾個月內重複睇,可以自己調校速度,方便每個人唔同需要。我自己係聽Skills嗰陣就會一邊暫停一邊抄Notes,讀緊文既時候就會開兩倍速?大家可以自由選擇

    最後,讚左咁耐就講返少少美中不足之處。宜家DSE出得少少變幻莫測,有D文體譬如Letter of Invitation/Letter to Parents有就更加Jeng啦,再冷門D可能就Memo/Editorial/Press Release。當然整體黎講已經好全面,光係睇Notes整得咁整齊同詳細都感受到Melody有幾辛苦,所以俾返個五星好評先

    我認為connective和升language的skill好有用,學校很少會待意去仔細教,筆記也弄得很仔細和清晰,現在genre終於可以分清楚啦,若想writing有野可以溫下和背下就買啦。

    It's such a useful video and notes. My writing skills increase a lot. She teaches useful vocab and well-planned writing structure. However, I think the color of highlighting can be lighter. It’s difficult to read the words. Generally speaking, it’s still a great notes!
